Hi – I am the Development Manager at SBC, which means I am very nosey and involved in lots of projects! People often ask the career path that took us to SBC and I really enjoy that we come from very different backgrounds. I have spent my working life to date in wonder at how humans organise themselves and meet their needs and desires. That is what led me to studying Economics at University in the USA, where a niggle started to grow – that we could be doing this more efficiently and fairer. So after a varied career in fashion, art and organisational development across the sectors, here I am, working on a myriad of projects, new and developing. These include the new Training and Advisory service, the partnership with Scottish Enterprise, the EU Train4CSR project and Awards for Excellence.
