Employability Coordinator, Glasgow

Hi I'm Ciara, I work as an Employability Coordinator for Scottish Business in the Community. Prior to SBC I worked in the Finance Industry for many years and for the first time in my working life I have enormous satisfaction in what I do.
 
Just recently I have been involved with the CAREvents with Glasgow City Council, helping young people reaching their full potential in getting a modern apprenticeship. We had to get local business's involved by talking to the young people about their industry and giving them mock interviews.  
 
I encourage everyone to volunteer for projects like this, it's really rewarding.
