I joined SBC in January 2008 as Programme Co-ordinator for our employee volunteering programme. I worked in various roles in both the private and public sectors before moving to SBC. I help to organise volunteering days for our member companies and deal mostly with the administration of the SBC volunteering programme.
I firmly believe that I have one of the best jobs ever, in that I help to connect volunteers who want to help in their local community, to projects who really need the help. My job is very varied, which is fantastic. One day I can be helping out at a tree planting project in Glasgow, the next doing Number Partners training in Edinburgh!
