Janet joined Baker Tilly from PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has over 25 years experience of audit and advisory services. Janet specialises in work in the Housing Association, Charities & Education sectors and the Public Sector.
She is a key driving force of the Baker Tilly Charities & Education Group, serves on the ICAS Public Sector Committee, is an Assistant to the Court of the Merchant Company of Edinburgh and is a Board Member of Scottish Business in the Community.
In addition to audit and advisory work, Janet also provides assistance to clients in business planning, organisational and strategy reviews, risk management and preparation of procedures manuals. She has been involved in the provision of audit and advisory services to over 40 local Registered Social Landlords of varying sizes, lectures on the Institute of Chartered Accountants for Scotland courses on RSLs and Charities and has provided training for several other bodies, including SFHA, EVH and SHARE.
