Conducting Mock Interviews
Mock InterviewsMock Interview sessions can help young people and unemployed adults prepare for a daunting and often completely new experience.
Drawing on your own experience you will support people to think about their skills and how to communicate these, as well as how to prepare for an interview, right down to what to wear.
As well as helping people to prepare for interview, you will conduct a mock interview providing a valuable chance for you both to practice your skills. At the end of the interview you will provide constructive feedback to help the individual’s ongoing development.

What will you need to do?
To help you develop your skills we offer a workshop covering interview skills, feedback skills and conducting mock interviews. This takes 2.5 hours. There will be some preparation required beforehand. You can then deliver as many sessions as you are able to. Each session takes 1.5 hours.
