Senior Executive Programme
Overview

Our Senior Executive Programme (SEP) uses the skills of volunteer retired and semi-retired people to provide local community groups with professional support and assistance to strengthen their strategic and operational effectiveness, and to improve the delivery of services.  SEP members provide their work on a voluntary, part-time basis at no cost to users, apart from re-imbursement of out-of-pocket expenses.

SEP could be just what you are looking for...

Scotland's local voluntary organisations and social enterprises are dedicated to providing assistance to communities. However they often lack the necessary resources to pay for technical and professional support. That's where our Senior Executive Programme comes into its own. Members give their services on a voluntary basis to enable community groups to benefit from a wide range of skills including: -

  • Advertising
  • Architecture
  • Logistics
  • Management
  • HR / training
  • Building / construction
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering
  • Finance Marketing / PR / sales
