Ready for Work buddy, Marsh Ltd.

Ready for Work is an established evidence based business model that creates training and recruitment opportunities for businesses in Scotland to include people who are currently homeless and unemployed. It aims to equip excluded groups, through business support, to gain the necessary skills to gain employment and independent living.

Scottish Business in the Community have delivered the programme across five cities in Scotland for two years and are moving into an additional two areas.
