"Sodexho Scotland have enjoyed working in partnership with SBC and several schools in the Glasgow and Edinburgh area with the Closing the Gap programme.  Our managers and staff thoroughly enjoy working with the young people giving them an insight into the career opportunities in the hospitality and catering industry.  Not only do they find it personally rewarding but they develop themselves whilst passing on their skills and knowledge to the youngsters”   Denise Coulter, Training Manager, Sodexho Scotland and Ireland.
