Developed and fully operational since 1999, City Car Club has critically and strategically reduce the impact of traffic on the City. The aim is to deliver the same degree of flexibility as car ownership without the need to actually own a car (-and all the expenses and responsibility that incurs).Data form similar initiatives indicates that one scheme car can permanently displace around five privately-owned vehicle.
