Team Challenge is a fun and accessible approach to employee volunteering. The programme provides a simple route and framework to engage employees, build awareness, develop team work and widen the involvement of companies in their local communities. Through SBC's network, projects are sourced in response to a need in the local community. SBC works with a team leader nominated by the organisation to match projects to the team of volunteers. SBC Cares provides comprehensive training for team leaders and support through the process. Full evaluation and management information is provided on team challenge activity.

Projects range from building outdoor classrooms, environmental proects, painting and decorating, to running skills workshops for pupils.

Team Challenge provides colleagues:
