Redeem plc

Who
Redeem is an international leader in the recovery, refurbishment and recycling of consumer electronic devices. With global operations offering recovery, processing, sales and distribution they provide their partners the very best value and quality of service end to end. They have 93 employees.

What
Redeem believe it is integral that they work together and help each other, especially charitable organisations in the areas they can. In their line of work, they work closely with some of the UK’s largest charities helping them to raise money through mobile phone and printer cartridge recycling campaigns and there is no doubt to them that some of the charities they work with are very concerned about how they will reach their fundraising targets this year. Redeem offer the charity sector a service that increases their revenue stream.

Redeem recognise the impact their operations have on all stakeholders and are working to improve their contribution to sustainable development. The purposes and objectives of environmental, social and community involvement are defined through the use of accredited management processes. In addition to meeting requirements from accredited bodies, the company has environmental, equality and corporate social responsibility statements.
Their community programme has helped raise public awareness of the benefits of recycling and responsible environmental management, has protected natural resources by diverting product from landfill and has provided innovative new revenue streams to a number of charities and community organisations.
