SME support tools

As part of SBC's ongoing development of its new website, we are launching sustainable business tools developed in partnership with Scottish Enterprise.

The SBC Better Business Healthcheck enables businesses of all sizes to take a snapshot of where they are and what they can do. To register and use this on line tool click here. If you want support to turn your Healthcheck into an Action Plan contact karendavidson@sbcscot.com

SBC's Scotland's Got Talent Programme has useful resources for SMEs to develop their staff and be socially responsible. Scotland’s Got Talent is a campaign that is spearheaded by leading employers in Scotland, including many SMEs. It provides opportunities for SMEs to develop their staff in a way that also supports unemployed young people and adults to enhance their skills. Through the campaign, SMEs can access training and development opportunities for their staff in mentoring, coaching, presentation or communication skills. There are also opportunities for team building and developing project management skills.
