Waterfront Edinburgh

The Edinburgh Waterfront is one of the most significant waterfront regeneration projects in Europe today.

Over the next 30 years around 30,000 new homes will be built, as well as significant amounts of new business, retail and leisure facilities, supported by new schools, health facilities and open spaces.

Waterfront Edinburgh is one of the 3 companies leading this regeneration and owns 120 acres of prime waterfront land in Granton. Owned by the City of Edinburgh Council & Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothian, Waterfront Edinburgh strives to promote economic and social regeneration, as well as the physical redevelopment of North Edinburgh.
