Business Community launches new Leadership Group for Scotland

The newly formed group, which partners senior business leaders and academics in Scotland with the Scottish Executive, JobCentre Plus and key health professionals, will be in a unique position to influence and support public strategy from a private sector perspective.

The Group’s vision is to increase Scottish business competitiveness and add value to the economy by helping to raise awareness and improve understanding of workplace issues such as employee health and wellbeing, through its own business networks and supply chains. This is in direct response to the Scottish Executive’s Employability Framework for Scotland and Healthy Working Lives.
