HBOS Team Challenge - A Team Leaders Perspective

As part of SBC's Team Challenge programme, HBOS Customer Relations have set up a programme of events to support a local not for profit social enterprise, 'Peacekeepers', to develop their vision of providing respite and support service to the local commuity.

Dave Henderson and his wife Kath are devoting their lives to creating and managing a retreat called ‘The Farmhouse’ based in Drummaird in Fife. Their aim is to create an environment for individuals with mental health and domestic abuse issues, to help them relax and if they wish, attend workshops offering additional support.

The HBOS Team Challenge programme provides all colleagues within the department with the opportunity to volunteer to help with this project.

All the department team managers got together for the first event on 25^th July  and kick started the project. Each of them will be returning with volunteers from their own teams over the course of the next few months.
