Marathon des Sables - The Halcrow Foundation is taking a BIG step.....

David Kerr,  a Halcrow Board Director and Chair of the Halcrow Foundation is taking on a BIG challenge.

David said, "As you may have heard already, I will be running the Marathon des Sables at the end of March, to raise money for the Halcrow Foundation, and I need some help raising awareness amongst friends and colleagues.

This daring enterprise will last six days, during each of which I aim to run through the Sahara desert – that’s about 240km – with 700 others at temperatures up to 40 degrees centigrade. Most would consider me mad for even thinking about it, but I’ve been training hard and am determined to cross the finishing line."
