Generous staff spread support
25 March 2008
STAFF at Leven's biggest employer, Diageo, have once again been busy raising funds for very worthy causes.
Just over £2000 was gathered recently for two groups, who received the money at a presentation in the firm's Windygates Road premises.
Employee Pauline Russell organised a Christmas raffle and raised £1140 for the HCPT group, linked with the Pilgrimage Trust, while Diageo's healthy working lives' group collected £862 for the Scottish Society for Autism, thanks to a book sale, raffle and tombola.
