The Scottish Awards for Business Excellence are the most rigorous awards process in Scotland, designed to recognise organisations at different stages of their Excellence Journey.  This prestigious international recognition, based on the most widely used management framework in Europe, the EFQM Excellence Model, allows you to benchmark your organisation's performance against the best in Europe. 

 Unlike some recognition schemes, the focus is on helping you understand your organisation's particular strengths and areas for improvement.  That's why, you will receive invaluable detailed feedback from an expert team of assessors, that can be incorporated into your business planning cycle. 

To make the application process as accessible and inclusive as possible, there are now two ways of applying for the Scottish Awards for Business Excellence 2007-08, via the traditional Annual Awards Cycle or via the Recognised for Excellence process.
