The Low Carbon Journey events are a series of workshops run as part of the May Day Network in Scotland, a collection of businesses across Scotland committed to working collaboratively to reduce their carbon emissions.
Energy and energy consumption is a fundamental part of any organisations carbon footprint, this event will look at the various ways in which organisations can make the most of modern technology to reduce their emissions.
Throughout the afternoon, we will hear from a variety of businesses, ranging from SME’s through to large, looking at the challenges and opportunities presented in making the most of today’s technologies, be it through IT, mechanics or renewables. We will also hear from some of the May Day Network in Scotland’s partners on what assistance there is available.
There will also be the opportunity to discuss your own achievements, challenges and ideas in our open facilitated discussion where business leaders come together to share best practice and gain invaluable ideas and contacts, something that is widely recognised across the May Day Network as an invaluable tool.
