Moving on Up in Fife

Bosch Rexroth Ltd in Glenrothes have recently hosted two visits for a group of 20 adults who are attending the Moving on Up programme run by BRAG Enterprises.  The group have very little experience of work and the Moving on Up programme helps them to build their self-confidence and focuses on employability skills.

Employees at Bosch Rexroth were able to show the group the importance of teamwork and communication in a manufacturing/production environment.  Members of the group gained a lot of information from their visits and stated that it had helped remove some of the fear of entering a new workplace.
