Terms and Conditions:* Payment must be received in full before the event date. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. Cancellations confirmed in writing two weeks prior to the event will receive a refund minus a charge of 25%+VAT. Cancellations received less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted until five working days before the event and no cancellation fee will be charged. If due to unforeseen circumstances SBC cancel the event or offer an alternative date then you will be offered a refund in full or a place on the alternate date.
